NEW PROTOCOLS:

• Tee times must be pre-booked. No walk-ins.

• To avoid congestion around the clubhouse, please arrive a maximum of 20 minutes in advance of your tee time (or wait in your car).

• There is increased spacing between tee times to enhance physical distancing.

• Only one patron in the pro-shop at a time. Please wait outside in the designated area and observe social distancing rules.

• Golf balls and other incidentals are available for purchase at the counter. If you would like to purchase clothing, shoes, clubs or bags please ask our staff to retrieve and show them to you.

• You will be allowed into the pro-shop once the patron ahead of you has finished and moved on to the concession/washroom area.

• Please exit the building via the concession door.

• After collecting your clubs, move to the staging area by the fountain and wait until the group ahead of you has moved off the first tee.

• Physical distancing of 2 meters is mandatory at all times.

• The concession is now open with increased spacing.

• At this time, we prefer that you use debit and credit cards.

• Washrooms available in the clubhouse. Washrooms on the course are closed.

• Rental clubs (4 piece sets) are available but must be carried (no rental bags).

• Power Carts to be disinfected after each use.

• Pull cart rentals to be disinfected after each use.

• No rakes in the bunkers and no ball washers or benches at the tee boxes.

• Cups have a pool noodle in the bottom to prevent the ball from dropping all the way in.

• Do not touch flagstick. Putt with the flag in.

• No sharing of equipment.

• Tee times are being spaced farther apart to avoid congestion, both at the clubhouse and on the course. Please try to play your round in less than two hours. If there is congestion on a tee box, or if you are allowing a group to play through, please maintain social distancing.

• Use garbage cans on the course or take all garbage home (help keep the course clean).

 

GUEST EXPECTATIONS:

• Stay home if you are sick!

• Use hand sanitizer before entering the pro-shop.

• Use proper coughing/sneezing etiquette by using your inner elbow.

• Practice social distancing with a minimum of 2 m (or 3 steps) between you and others while on the property.

• Do not share any equipment including scorecards, tees, clubs, balls, and ball markers.

• Refrain from picking up random golf balls and tees that you find.

• Please refrain from handshakes and high-fives at the end of the round.

• As always, B.C. Liquor laws are in effect, and no outside alcohol is permitted on the property.
